RULES FOR VISITORS

As with all NASCAR race weekends, visitors attending the Speedway are required to follow the rules set by the event organisers. Below is a general overview to help you prepare before arriving at the speedway.

What items are prohibited?

Any items that could cause damage, disrupt the event, or pose a safety risk to spectators are strictly forbidden by law. This also includes merchandise or tickets intended for resale. All guests will undergo a security screening at the entrance, and failure to comply with event rules may result in refusal of entry without a refund.

Please note that the following items are not allowed inside the event area, including but not limited to:

• Aerosol cans (except sunscreen, sunblock, hand sanitiser, and insect repellent)
• Animals, unless they are registered service animals
• Firearms of any kind
• Foldable or collapsible chairs
• Confederate flags or any other offensive displays
• Dry ice
• Fireworks and pyrotechnics
• Foam or hard-sided coolers of any size
• Frisbees, balloons, beach balls, or other throwable objects
• Glass or ceramic containers
• Golf carts or multi-passenger vehicles inside spectator areas
• Illegal substances
• Any items prohibited under local, state, or federal law
• Knives longer than 3 inches when closed or 6 inches when open
• Laser pointers, air horns, and other noise-making devices
• Obscene or inappropriate clothing
• Items deemed unsafe or disruptive by Speedway staff
• Seat cushions with armrests
• Selfie sticks, tripods, or monopods
• Skateboards, hoverboards, roller skates, bicycles (outside designated campgrounds)
• Umbrella
• Unmanned aerial vehicles (drones)
• Wagons

What can you bring with you?

To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, fans are encouraged to pack light and bring only essential items. Make sure you have cash or cards, your mobile phone, a spare camera battery, and valid tickets for each day you plan to attend. Don’t forget to carry proper identification for yourself and any children with you.

Bag policy

• A maximum of two bags per person is allowed through the entry gates
• Each bag must not exceed 18" × 18" × 14."
• One soft-sided cooler per guest is permitted, with a maximum size of 14" × 14" × 14."
• Glass containers are not allowed.
• Cooling tip: Freeze plastic water bottles before arrival to help keep items cold

Bringing your own food

• Personal food and non-glass beverages are permitted in the grandstands
• Maximum of two bags per guest, each no larger than 18" × 18" × 14."
• One soft-sided cooler per person is allowed (14" × 14" × 14" max)
• Cooling tip: Frozen plastic bottles can help keep food and drinks chilled

Service animals

• Service animals are welcome throughout the venue
• Animals must remain leashed or harnessed at all times
• Emotional support animals are not permitted
• Guests are responsible for bringing pet waste bags
• Wheelchair-accessible seating is available to accommodate guests with service animals
