Traveling by air

If you’re planning to arrive by air for the NASCAR race weekend, reaching EchoPark Speedway is simple thanks to strong air connections and a wide choice of ground transport options. Below is a quick overview to help you plan your journey.

Main airport: Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)

Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport serves as the main arrival point for fans travelling to the speedway. As one of the world’s busiest airports, it offers extensive domestic and international flight options, making it easy to reach Atlanta from almost anywhere.

  • Distance to the speedway: Around 25 miles (40 km)
  • Driving time: Approximately 30–45 minutes, depending on traffic
  • Car hire: A dedicated Rental Car Center is connected to the terminals via the SkyTrain. Major providers include Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, and Budget
  • Rideshare & taxis: Uber, Lyft, and licensed taxis operate throughout the airport, with clearly marked pick-up areas

Alternative airports (regional and private flights)

For travellers arriving on regional services or private aircraft, several smaller airports are located closer to the speedway:

  • Atlanta Regional Airport – Falcon Field (FFC): Located in Peachtree City, roughly 35 miles from the track
  • Henry County Airport (HMP): Situated in Hampton, just a few miles from the speedway – a convenient option for charter and private flights
  • Griffin–Spalding County Airport (6A2): Around 15 miles south of the venue, suitable for small private aircraft
